• Preparing the base. A pit is formed with a depth of 20-30 cm, after which it is filled with rubble. Next, the marking of the future stairs is made on the wall and soil.
• Installing the frame of the external stairs. When building concrete external stairs, formwork is assembled, then reinforcement and concrete are poured. Finally, the mass is rammed.
• Waterproofing work. A special agent or waterproofing is applied to the concrete to protect against moisture and frostbite. A primer is also used in the process, which will ensure better adhesion of the glue to the surface.
• Laying facing materials. These include rough porcelain stoneware, clinker, terrace board, thermowood. The material is laid on a special frost-resistant glue, necessarily with a slight slope.
• The last stage is grouting the seams and installing street railings for stairs to the second floor of the exterior. The seams are grouted a day after facing works. Stairs with railings must have a construction height of at least 110 cm.

When external staircase repairs are necessary
